Integrated Healing
Achieve Alignment
A full healing experience. In this hour and 15-minute session, we will utilize Card Guidance, Crystal and Sound healing, hand crafted Meditations, Aromatherapy, Cleansing, Reiki, Tuning Forks and Breathwork.
This is a safe space for you to release, increase your vibration and align. After we will discuss any downloads, questions you may have and discuss your experience.
This also includes warm tea, coffee or water. During your session heated blankets, weighted heated eye masks are provided, and warm towels.
This can also be provided via distance and can be found under "Distance Sessions" in our service menu. Sound bowls and tuning forks may not be able to be heard through the computer.
You may eliminate any services in this that you do not feel comfortable with.
Energetic Enlightenment
Dive Deeper
An hour and 35 minutes of a deeper more personalized experience including all of our healing modalities. Heated blankets, weighted heated eye masks, drinks, snacks and a safe space provided.
In this session, we will utilize Reiki, Energy Work, tuning forks, sound bowls, meditation, breathwork, movement, embodiment, card guidance, and somatic techniques crafted to your wants/needs. Everything is lengthened and more intricate to increase positive outcomes.
Following your session, you can expect to receive a warm tea, coffee or cold water while we discuss any downloads I received while also writing out a plan/yoga poses/ breathing techniques and movement that will be beneficial for you outside of our space. You will not only leave with educational tips, but a crystal infused with Reiki to remember your time spent with us.
You may remove any offerings you do not feel comfortable with.
Tarot Guidance
Crafted Guidance.
Can be conducted through Zoom or in Person. This is a 30-minute session.
During this pull, we seek general messages. There is no card limit. We will pull from multiple decks in order to receive a detailed picture of what is meant to be heard.
Any downloads will be shared. A Crystal Suggestion and Affirmation that connects to your pull will finish up your guidance pull.
Buddy Session
Healing for Two.
The chance to partake in a healing experience with a friend. This 1-hour and 15-minute session combines Sound Healing, Meditation, Reiki, Crystal Vibration and Card Guidance for TWO. This will come with 2 Tuning Fork Points per each Individual.
A serene sampler that you can experience with a loved one.
Catalyst of Change
A Container of Growth.
This is a transformative experience where we use a mix of energy work and tapping into the mind. You may choose between a 6- or 1-year container of growth. For the time of your choosing, we will go over your goals in total and then every month we will work towards those things you want to achieve. learn or move through.
Every month, we will review your plans from last session, and you will receive a mix of energy work, somatics, embodiment, sound healing, tuning forks, to work towards a new version of yourself.
This is a transformative experience. Outside of your sessions, we will set up phone calls and pulls cards while we discuss your progress towards that month's goal. It is our goal that we keep you accountable while providing support throughout your journey.
